Samsung has really outdone itself with this one. Buzzfeed posted an article about a town that learns sign language to surprise their deaf neighbour while promoting the launch of Samsung Turkey’s video call centre for the hearing impaired. The video is brilliant because it shows communities how simple it is to show someone that they matter through simple acts of kindness. It also shows me how communication is one of the most important things that keeps this this world sane. We should be aware of those who need help and take action (no matter how small it may seem). I can’t even begin to imagine how it must feel to not understand what anyone says to you; from strangers apologizes and thank you’s, to not hearing the price of you’re coffee. After watching this I am incredibly inspired as the whole surprise only took a month of preparation, and now I feel like I have a better understanding of how important and easy genuine acts of kindness are.
If you don’t get the feels from this you’re a robot:
Till next time,
